October 11th delivery to Poolesville Little Free Pantry

Today, we delivered 816.2 lbs of food to Poolesville Little Free Pantry! The PLFP team said they are very grateful for our partnership.

The Poolesville Little Free Pantry helps fill the gap in food security for residents by providing a way for neighbors to give what they have and take what they need. It is intended as an occasional resource to supplement other food security programs such as WUMCO-Help, as well as reach those who only have an occasional need.

We saw two people drive up to check out the pantry while we were there. People visit the pantry all hours of the day and night, and the pantry is restocked every morning and afternoon.
